This Refurbished Dell Latitude E6220 laptop does not come with a Windows operating system installed. This laptop was designed to run on Windows 7 which is no longer officially support by Microsoft so we are unable to supply the laptop with Windows 7. This laptop isn’t supported to run on Windows 10, this means you may not be able to find drivers for smaller components like the WIFI card.

Our standard warranty is 3 years, with the option to upgrade to our industry-leading 5-year warranty. All laptop batters are covered with a 1-year warranty.

Please note that a selection of our clearance products come with a 1-year warranty.

Deliveries:
All website orders received before 12pm each day are shipped on a next-working-day tracked delivery service. Orders that are received after 12pm are shipped on the following working day using the same courier service.

If you need your device urgently, we have options to upgrade your delivery to a pre-12pm or pre-10.30am service.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated confirmation email from our system. Tracking information will be sent directly from our courier partner later in the day.

We use DX delivery for all box orders and Palletways for all large pallet orders.

Returns:
If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, we have a 30-day no-quibble returns policy for either a full refund or a replacement unit. After 30 days, you are still covered under our industry-leading warranty for any technical issues you may experience.

Unless stated otherwise, all of the Windows-based devices listed on our website come pre-installed with Windows as standard.

We are part of the Microsoft Authorised Refurbisher program, which means each of our devices gets a new Windows license digitally applied to its Windows OS before shipping.

Our Windows OS comes with the base version of Windows and all security updates. We don’t overload your system with unnecessary software that slows it down and takes up storage space, and you can install any additional programs that you need on your device when it arrives.
