Warranty with our 48 Hour Promise
We understand how important a meaningful warranty is to our clients which will cover them if anything goes wrong. We also realise how costly downtime caused by IT failure can be to an organisation and how important it is to have it resolved swiftly.
We will attempt to resolve the problem over the phone with our trained support technicians, if this is not possible we will get an equivalent or better replacement to you within 48 hours. This 48 hour promise applies for the full life of the warranty.
Our standard warranty is 1 year with optional extension to 2 year. If an item is not covered under our standard warranty, the actual warranty will be detailed in the product listing.
Our warranties cover technical faults for the duration of the warranty and faulty or corrupt software within 7 days of arrival.
