  • What comes with a desktop, laptop, or monitor?

    As standard, our desktop computers are supplied with a new power cable, laptops are supplied with a charger and new clover cable, and monitors with a new power cable and appropriate display cable for the monitor model. We do not supply keyboards and mice as standard, but these can be ordered as an optional upgrade.

  • Are the computers and laptops Windows 11 supported?

    Almost all of the desktops and laptops we supply are officially supported to run on Windows 11. Every product that is Windows 11 supported will have a Windows 11 supported icon for complete clarity.

  • Where can you deliver to?

    The bulk of our education customers are within the UK mainland, but we also provide support internationally, with education customers across Europe and the Middle East.

  • Do your devices come with a valid Windows License?

    All our devices have a pre-existing COA to enable you to use a volume license agreement. If you do not have a volume license agreement with Microsoft, we can supply new Windows licenses through the Microsoft Refurbisher program.

  • Is there a minimum order quantity?

    No, we take orders from 1 unit to 1000+ units, shipped in a single delivery or a spread of multiple deliveries to suit your needs.

  • How quickly will I receive my order?

    Delivery times depend on the size of the order and the product being ordered. Generally, orders under 10 units are shipped the next day, while there is a lead time for larger orders. Your dedicated Account Manager will be able to advise on lead times and bulk pricing for larger requirements.

  • What’s covered under your warranty?

    Our industry-leading 5-Year Next Business Day warranty covers the entire device except for laptop batteries, which are covered for 1 year. We pride ourselves in supporting our customers with any technical problem, even if it turns out not to be hardware related. We do not cover user-related damage but will always assist with a damaged product.

  • If something goes wrong with my order, what do I do?
