We only supply monitors from Dell & HPs business lines due to their uncompromising reliability, wide range of sizes and their picture quality. Every refurbished Pure IT monitor comes with a standard 1 year warranty which is upgradable to 5 years. As standard this is a complete replacement unit delivered within 2 working days guaranteed, this can be upgraded to a next business day warranty.

All our monitors are checked for screen burn (bright spots), pressure marks (black spots), scratches and dead pixels. Our Grade A monitors have no scratches on the screen surface, screen burn or pressure marks and at most 8 dead subpixels (this is on par with the international standard for new monitors

All our Monitors are supplied as standard with a power cable and a DisplayPort cable but you can request a different display cable which is compatible with the monitor you are ordering.
