You will be refunded the total value of your order but you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods in safe condition.
48 Hour Promise
We test our products to the highest standard before they are dispatched so you don’t have any problems. Despite this, problems do still occur. In the unlikely event you are having problems with your order, please get in touch with us immediately to resolve the problem.
We will attempt to resolve the problem over the phone with our trained support technicians, if this is not possible we will get an equivalent or better replacement to you within 48 hours. This 48 hour promise applies for the full life of the warranty.
For our unique 48 hour replacement delivery to work, we need you to package up the faulty item in the original packaging or equivalent so our courier can collect the faulty item while delivering your replacement.
Our standard warranty is 1 year with optional extension of up to 5 years. If an item is not covered under our standard warranty, the actual warranty will be detailed in the product listing.
Our warranties cover technical faults for the duration of the warranty and faulty or corrupt software on arrival.
Our warranties do not cover; damage caused by the user, virus and software problems not present within 7 days of receipt, batteries and loss
Laptop, tablet and Chromebook batteries are covered for 1 year only even when the device warranty is longer.
