We pre-select the most reliable laptop models from Dell business range which are all build to last 8+ years. We then professionally refurbished and rigorously test every unit to ISO 9001 Standard, so every laptop we supply looks and performs as good if not better than new.
The laptops we supply are at the peak of their reliability curve so are ready for 5+ years of use with better reliability rates than an average new laptop.

Every laptop comes with a standard 1 year warranty which is upgradable to up to 5 years. As standard this is a complete replacement unit delivered within 2 working days guaranteed, this can be upgraded to a next business day warranty.

All our Grade A laptops look “As New” and have the following inspected to ensure they consistently meet the quality standards our clients expect:
– Screens will have no screen burn, pressure marks or scratches
– Keyboards will have little to no signs of wear
– Laptop touchpads will have little to no signs of wear
– Batteries are Guarantee for at least 1 hour and at least 60% left in the life of the battery
– We only use genuine chargers, no dangerous compatibles
– Laptop lids and cases will have at the most a very small scuff but not multiple small scuffs. Anything worse will be downgrade and sold in our discount section as grade A- or lower.
