Bobby’s main roles out with running the company are sales and account management. Ensuring our customers get the right products for their requirements and are properly looked after.
Experience: Bobby’s background is very much technical, coming from Motorsport and farming. He was both driving and involved in the technical setup of his rally cars which resulted in wins in Scottish, British and European rallies and coming second in the European Skoda Fabia Cup. Bobby then turned his focus on business and started Pure IT in 2007 with the sole aim of offering a secure, environmental recycling service for businesses. This quickly moved into the refurbishment and resale of the products they were collecting from business customers before moving the focus of the business solely to sourcing and refurbishing high end IT equipment.
Tomasz’s main roles are ensuring the reliability of our refurbished equipment by conducting the necessary testing and to ensure the equipment meets our quality control standards. Being our most experienced IT technician, he also offers 2nd line IT support for Pure IT staff and customers.
Experience: Tomasz has been involved in the IT industry for over 15 years. He started off providing IT support to home users both in the UK and Poland before moving to Pure IT. He’s fixed countless computers and solved 1000s of IT related hardware and software problems over the years. He is responsible for the development of our testing and quality control standards which have resulted in the reliability and quality of our products significantly increase year on year since his arrival.
Jenifer’s main roles are book keeping and ensuring customer have the correct financials. She is always here to help customers with up to date statements, VAT invoices and any payment information.
Experience: Jenifer has over 30 years’ experience in secretarial services in various fields, including scientific instruments, machine tools and import/export in Hong Kong. Jenifer has been the treasurer for a local church for over 15 years and has been working with Pure IT for over 6 years.
