3. Microsoft Security Essentials – a free antivirus and scanner to protect our customers from the 1st day
4. OpenOffice – a free alternative to Microsoft Office and includes an alternative to Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Our standard warranty is 3 years, with the option to upgrade to our industry-leading 5-year warranty. All laptop batters are covered with a 1-year warranty.
Please note that a selection of our clearance products come with a 1-year warranty.
Deliveries:
All website orders received before 12pm each day are shipped on a next-working-day tracked delivery service. Orders that are received after 12pm are shipped on the following working day using the same courier service.
If you need your device urgently, we have options to upgrade your delivery to a pre-12pm or pre-10.30am service.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated confirmation email from our system. Tracking information will be sent directly from our courier partner later in the day.
We use DX delivery for all box orders and Palletways for all large pallet orders.
Returns:
If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, we have a 30-day no-quibble returns policy for either a full refund or a replacement unit. After 30 days, you are still covered under our industry-leading warranty for any technical issues you may experience.
